No CC Icon

No CC Icon is a simple visual override for The Sims 4 that removes the custom content icon from different parts of the game interface. Instead of seeing the small CC mark on thumbnails, your CAS, Build Mode, and Gallery items look cleaner and more like normal catalog content.

This mod is useful if you play with many overrides, edited EA items, or custom content that makes the catalog feel visually crowded. It does not change the items themselves and does not add new gameplay. It only hides the icon, so browsing outfits, objects, and saved Gallery items feels a bit smoother.

A Cleaner Catalog Look

Some players like seeing the CC icon because it helps separate custom content from official items. But if you already know what you installed, the icon can feel unnecessary, especially when many thumbnails are marked at once.

With this mod, the interface becomes more minimal. CAS outfits look tidier, Build/Buy thumbnails feel less busy, and Gallery previews are easier to view without extra symbols in the corner.

Good to Know

No CC Icon is an override, so it should not be used together with other mods that change the same CC icon. Keep only one icon override installed at a time to avoid conflicts.

Place the file in your Mods folder, start the game, and check CAS or Build Mode to see the cleaner thumbnail style.
