Timelines Age Assignment Mod
Timelines: An Age Assignment Mod is a small storytelling mod for The Sims 4 that lets you give Sims a more exact age. Instead of only seeing "Child", "Teen", or "Adult", you can assign a real number that better fits your story.
The age is added through the Timelines pie menu and then appears in the Simology panel as a reward trait. It works for infants, toddlers, children, teens, young adults, adults, and elders.
Better Control for Family Saves
This mod is especially useful when you play legacy families, realistic households, school stories, or long saves where ages matter. A teen can be 16, a young adult can be 22, an elder can be 70, and the family timeline feels easier to understand.
It also includes small entry buffs for milestone ages like 16, 18, 25, and 50, which adds a nice little moment when your Sim reaches those points.
Important Details
Timelines does not actually age your Sim up or down. It also does not change autonomy or automatically update the number when your Sim ages. You stay in control and choose when to add, change, or remove the assigned age.
The mod includes age ranges from 1 to 11 months for infants, 1 to 4 years for toddlers, 5 to 12 for children, 13 to 19 for teens, 20 to 24 for young adults, 25 to 59 for adults, and 60 to 75 for elders. There is also a Young Adult extension option for early adulthood ages.
Timelines is base game compatible, but it requires XML Injector to work correctly.
