The Shopping Mod

The Shopping Mod gives your Sims a more natural way to update their wardrobe instead of jumping straight into CAS. It adds clothing shopping trips, store choices, shopping bags, and small surprises that make outfit changes feel more connected to your save.

Your Sim can start shopping from the Go Clothes Shopping... menu or through The Shopping Mod phone app. They can go alone, with household members, or with friends, which makes the feature work nicely for stories, family saves, or social days out.

More Store Choices for Your Sims

Version 2.0 expands the mod with many different retail options, including thrift stores, big box retail, outlet malls, department stores, designer boutiques, and shopping sprees. Each type can bring different prices, results, branded bags, moodlets, and collectibles.

After a trip, Sims may return with shopping bags, blind boxes, or other retail finds in their inventory. Bags can be displayed, collected, opened, or used to enter CAS through the Change Sim interaction.

The mod also reacts to some traits. Materialistic Sims can have stronger reactions to luxury shopping, while Freegan Sims get budget-friendly features if Eco Lifestyle is installed. XML Injector is required.
