Bruises Mod

Bruises Mod is a small realism mod for Sims 4 that makes fights feel less empty. When a Sim loses a fight, they can now get visible bruises and injuries instead of walking away like nothing happened.

The effect also has a fading phase, so it does not feel like a permanent CAS detail. It appears as part of gameplay and slowly fits into the story after the fight is over.

Small Detail, Stronger Drama

This mod is useful for dramatic saves, mean Sims, enemy stories, chaotic households, and any playthrough where conflict should leave a visible mark.

The visual effects are placed in the Scar, Face slot under Skin Details, but they are triggered through gameplay after losing a fight. That makes the mod feel more natural than adding bruises manually in CAS.

Bruises Mod is base game compatible and does not edit game resources, which should help reduce conflicts with other mods. XML Injector is required for the mod to work.
