The Riviera House

The Riviera is a large Sims 4 house lot by helgatisha, made as part of the Simslab project. It is a good option if you want a ready house that feels big, clean, and complete, but still does not require custom content.

This build is made on a 64x64 lot and includes 7 rooms. The creator lists it for Ondarion, so it can work well if you are building a more polished world with large residential spaces and a calm modern look.

One nice thing about this lot is that it is marked as No CC. That makes it easier to add to your game without hunting for extra files or missing furniture. You only need to place the files into your Tray folder and turn on bb.moveobjects before placing the lot.

The Riviera can be useful for family gameplay, screenshots, storytelling, or just as a big home for Sims who need more space. It is simple to install, but the lot still gives you a full house instead of an empty shell.
