Healthcare Redux
Healthcare Redux is a big health system mod for The Sims 4 that makes everyday life feel more serious and unpredictable. Instead of simple sickness moodlets, your Sims can deal with real health situations like allergies, chronic conditions, injuries, doctor visits, medicine, pregnancy care, and even medical emergencies.
The mod is made for players who want more realism in their saves. A Sim can have a weak, normal, or strong immune system, which changes how often they may get sick and how long illness can last. It also adds different types of diseases, from common problems like colds and stomach flu to more serious conditions that need treatment.
A Full Health System for Everyday Gameplay
This mod does not only add sickness. It creates a full healthcare layer around your Sims. They can visit doctors, get diagnosed, use medicine, buy pharmacy items, take vitamins, receive vaccines, and manage health insurance.
Some Sims may develop chronic conditions like asthma, anemia, migraines, insomnia, anxiety, diabetes, hypertension, eczema, arthritis, and more. There are also allergies, including pet dander, seasonal allergies, and bee allergies.
Pregnancy gameplay also gets more depth. Sims can attend prenatal visits, take prenatal vitamins, and face pregnancy-related health conditions such as anemia, gestational diabetes, or preeclampsia. After birth, new parents may also experience baby blues or postpartum depression.
Healthcare Redux is modular, so you do not have to use every part. You can install only the systems you want, like allergies, diseases, injuries, pregnancy care, or medical emergencies. The Core file is required because the other modules depend on it.
