The IT Systems & Support Career mod by midnitetech adds a more modern tech path for Sims who fit the office, computer, or problem-solving lifestyle. Instead of another general business role, this career focuses on support tickets, networks, updates, and keeping digital systems working.

Your Sim starts as an IT Support Trainee and then moves toward a choice of two branches. They can become a System Administrator, working with networks and updates, or a Helpdesk Technician, solving user problems and handling support requests.

A Practical Tech Job for Your Sim

This career includes 5 starting levels, followed by 2 branches with 5 more levels each. It also comes with promotion objectives, custom daily tasks, realistic pay, bonuses, PTO, and male/female frame uniforms.

The mod is Base Game compatible and does not require any DLC. However, it does require Lot 51's Core Library and midnitetech_modlibrary to work properly. The latest update fixed typos, while an earlier update moved the career to 32-bit instance IDs for Royalty & Legacy DLC support. If your Sim already had this career before updating, they may need to rejoin it.
