Ultrasound Scan Mod

Ultrasound Scan by LittleMsSam adds a small but very realistic pregnancy detail to The Sims 4. Instead of waiting until birth, pregnant Sims can visit an ultrasound examination and find out more about the baby before it arrives.

The option appears in the phone travel menu when a Sim is in the second or third trimester. The appointment costs 75 Simoleons, and your Sim will be away for about 60-90 minutes. When they return, an ultrasound scan will be added to their inventory.

The scan is more than just a decoration. Its description can show the pregnant Sim’s name, the number of babies, and the baby gender result. You can hang the scan on the wall, change the picture frame, rename it, or keep it in storage as a family memory.

This mod is a nice pick for players who enjoy family gameplay, pregnancy stories, and small realistic moments. It does not completely change the game, but it makes pregnancy feel more personal and less empty.
