Social Activities Mod

Not every trip needs to become a full event that you control. Social Activities by LittleMsSam lets household members leave the lot, spend time elsewhere, and return after a few in-game hours. The available trips are placed in a new menu on the Sim’s phone.

You can send one Sim alone or select other household members to join them. Infants can also travel when they are carried by an adult or placed in a back carrier.

Choose where your Sims spend their time

The social section includes visits to friends, relatives, and acquaintances. Sims can also go on a date without loading another lot. These activities usually last between two and three hours, improve social and fun needs, and build the relevant friendship or romantic relationship.

City trips offer more variety. Depending on the selected activity, Sims can visit a cafe, restaurant, museum, gym, beach, library, nightclub, spa, park, pool, or another public venue. Some locations have opening hours and may charge an entrance fee or additional money for food and drinks.

Options for children, pets, and families

Toddlers: Parents and caregivers can send them to daycare for two, four, six, eight, or ten hours. Their basic needs are filled while they are away, and they continue developing toddler skills.

Children and teens: They can visit friends, finish homework together, attend a book group, see a concert, visit a technology museum, or take part in other age-appropriate activities.

Pets: Cats and dogs can stay with a pet sitter. Dogs may also visit a trainer to learn commands, while sick pets can be sent to a veterinary clinic.

Couples and families: Married Sims can leave for a honeymoon, while parents and younger siblings can take a mini vacation. This is useful when you want the remaining household members to have the house to themselves.

What happens while they are away?

Activities continue in the background even if you travel to another lot with a different household member. Sims may improve needs, relationships, and selected skills. Some trips can also produce moodlets, purchased objects, collected items, or competition prizes.

The mod requires the XML Injector. Extract both downloads and place their package and script files in the Mods folder. Script Mods must be enabled. The latest Social Activities file was released on May 8, 2026.
